2. Click on Blood Test Home Visit

a. Hover the mouse on Services

b. Click on the button labelled "Blood Test Home Visit" from the drop down

3. Enter the Details

a. Enter the patient details like Name, Mobile number, Email Id

b. Enter the test names in the Message box
