How to book an appointment for lab visit in Humain Health (with Pictures)

Navigate to https://humainhealth.com/

On the left hand side of the home page you can see an option "BOOK A TEST ONLINE"

a. Enter Full name

b. Enter Email Id

c. Select gender from the drop down

d. Enter Mobile number

e. Choose the city and location of the center from the drop down

Click on the button labelled "BOOK NOW"

a. Enter Date of Birth

b. Mobile number and email Id will be copied from the first page

c. Choose a password for your account and confirm password by retyping it in the next box.

d. Click on the button labelled "Signup"

Click on the radio button beside VISIT OUR CENTER.( It will be auto selected please cross check)

a. City and Location will be auto selected from the first entry but cross check if any change.

b. Select Test/ Package from the drop down.

c. Select the date

d. Choose the time slot

e. Upload the prescription if any (Optional)

Click on the button labelled "CONTINUE"

a. Select the radio button according to your payment method

b. Check on the box I have read and accept Terms & Conditions

c. Click on " Confirm and Pay"

You will see the above confirmation page and the SMS on your registered mobile number.
