1. Open KV Labs website

Navigate to: "https://kvlabs.in/"

2. Find a Test Name

Find your test names under "Book a Test/ Health Package"

3. Click on Submit

Search the tests and Click on "Submit"

4. Enter the Details

a. Enter the Patient details like Name, Mobile Number, E mail Id

b. Enter the Appointment date, Time and Address

c. Click on "Submit"

5. Appointment Confirmation
