2. Click on Make An Appointment
Click on the button labelled "Make An Appointment"
3. Fill the Make An Appointment Form
1. Select the Saturation
2. Enter the Patient Name
3. Select the Gender
4. Enter your Email Id
5. Enter your Date of Birth
6. Enter your Mobile Number
7. Enter your Preferred Appointment Date and Time
8. Select the required Test from the list
9. Click on the button labelled "Submit"
