How to book an appointment for lab visit in MedPlus Diagnostics (with Pictures)

Navigate to https://www.medpluslab.com/

Click on the button labelled "My ACCOUNT"

Click on the option "Register Here"

1. Enter your First Name and Last Name

2. Enter your Email

3. Enter the Password

4. Re-Enter the Password

5. Enter Mobile Number

6. Click on the Submit

1. Enter the 5-digit Verification Code

2. Code will be sent to your register number

3. Click on the Submit

Click on the button labelled "Your Location"

1. Select the City

2. Enter your area or pin code

3. Click on the button labelled "Done"

Search for the test using the search box

Click on the button labelled "Book Test"

Click on the button labelled "Continue to Checkout"

1. Enter the Patient Name

2.Enter the Doctor Name

3. Enter the Patient Age

4. Select Gender

5. Click on the button labelled "Save & Proceed"

1. Click on Sample Collection Center

2. Select the Sample Collection Center by Scrolling down

3. Click on the Check box to get the Physical copy of your reports

4. Click on the button labelled "Save & Proceed"

1. Select the Date and Time

2. Click on the button labelled "Save & Proceed"

Click on the button labelled "Continue to Payment"

1. Select the Payment mode (Cash on delivery)

2. Enter the Captcha as shown in the Image

3. Click on the button labelled "Place Order"

(Or)

1. Select the Payment mode (Online Payment)

2. Select any one of the option from Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking ,Paytm

3. Click on the button labelled "Proceed to Online Payment"

You will see the above confirmation page and the MedPlus Diagnostics team will get back to you
