1. Open Spice Health website

Navigate to: "https://spicehealth.com/"

2. Click on Book a Test

Click on the button labelled "Book A Test"

3. Enter your Mobile Number

Enter your Mobile Number and click on "Get Your OTP"

4. Enter OTP

a. Enter the OTP Received on your Registered Mobile Number

b. Click on "SUBMIT"

5. Enter the Details

a. Enter the Test Details as Test Type ( Choose the Radio button Other Path Lab Tests for Laboratory Tests)

b. Enter Collection (Choose the Radio button Visit a Collection Centre for Lab visit)

c. Choose the city and Collection Centre Name from the drop down list

d. Search the Tests from the search box " Pathology Tests"

e. Enter Patient Details Like Name, Mobile Number, Email Id

f. Click on Submit

6. Select the Date and Time

a. Choose the Date and And Time of Appointment

b. Click on Proceed to Payment

7. Complete the Payment

a. Complete the Payment by using any of the options mentioned or You can pay it at the centre

b. Once the Payment is done you will Receive an Appointment Confirmation SMS and Email.
