4. Enter the Details
a. Enter Patient details like Name, Email Id, Contact Number
b. Enter the Test Details Like Date, City from the drop down
5. Select the Test
Select the Service as "RT PCR Detection of SARs Cov2 RNA (COVID-19)" From the drop down list.
6. Choose Home Visit
Choose the Home visit from the Visit drop down list.
7. Click on SUBMIT
