Navigate to: "https://spicehealth.com/"

2. Click on Home Collection

Click on the button labelled "Home Collection"

3. Enter your Mobile Number

Enter your Mobile Number and click on "Get Your OTP"

4. Enter OTP

a. Enter the OTP Received on your Registered Mobile Number

b. Click on "SUBMIT"

5. Enter the Details

a. Enter the Test Details as Test Type (Choose the Radio button RT- PCR Test)

b. Enter Collection (Choose the Radio button Home Collection for Home visit)

c. Enter the Address with Land Mark and Pin Code

d. Enter Patient Details Like Name, Mobile Number, Email Id

.e. Click on Submit

6. Select the Date and Time

a. Choose the Date and And Time of Appointment

b. Click on Proceed to Payment

7. Complete the Payment

a. Complete the Payment by using any of the options mentioned or You can pay it at the Time of Collection

b. Once the Payment is done you will Receive an Appointment Confirmation SMS and Email.

Go to Spice Health
