a. Scroll down the page to see Book Services Now Option
b. Click on the button labelled "BOOK SERVICES NOW"(This Option is for Health check profiles only )
3. Enter the Details
a. Enter the Patient Details like Name, Email, Phone Number
b. Choose the Date of Appointment
4. Choose the Test Name
Choose the Test Name as COVID 19 (RTPCR) Test
5. Click on Submit
Click on the button labelled Submit
6. Appointment Confirmation
