How to book an appointment for Home Collection in Call Health (with Pictures)

Navigate to https://www.callhealth.com/

Click on the button labelled "Login/Sign up"

Click on the button labelled "Not registered? Do a Quick signup" to register

a. Enter your Email Id

b. Click on the button labelled "Submit"

a. Enter your phone number

b. Click on the button labelled "Submit"

a. Choose the Password of your own

b. Click on the button labelled "Submit"

a. Retype the Password you choose

b. Click on the button labelled "Register"

Search for the test using the search box

Click on the button labelled "Select this test"

Click on the button labelled "No, Proceed to cart"

Click on the button labelled "Complete your profile"

a. Choose the salutation as Mr/ Mrs/ Ms

b. Enter Your First name

c. Enter your Last name

d. Click on "Next"

Enter the Date of Birth in DD MM YY format and click on "Next"

Choose the Gender as Male/ Female/ others

a. Click on "Add Member" if you want to book a test for some other person

b. Click on button labelled "Self"

Click n the button labelled "Add Address"

Enter the address and click on "Submit"

Re check the address entered and complete the address and click "Next"

Choose the Title/ Nick name for your address as Home/ Office and Click on "Next"

a. Select the lab from the list shown

b. Click on the button labelled "Select"

Select the Preferred Date & Time

Choose the Payment Option Click on "Pay On Delivery" or "Pay Now" based on your Convenience.

You will see the above confirmation page and the Call Health team will get back to you
