How to book an appointment for home collection in Hindusthan wellness (with Pictures)

Navigate to: "https://www.hindustanwellness.com/"

Scroll down the page a bit to choose the Test names from the list under "Health Tests at Your Home"

Click on "Book Now"

a. Enter the mobile number

b. Click on Send OTP Button.

a. Enter the OTP that is sent to your Mobile number

b. Click on Verify

a. Enter the patient details like Gender, Full Name Age and Email Id.

b. Click on Proceed

a. Choose the Payment Mode like Pay online/ Pay Later if you want to pay it in cash on collection

b. Click on Proceed

a. Add the Members or choose if it is for Self.

b. Click on Next

Click on +Add Address Button

a. Enter the Detailed address with Pin Code, Area, Building/ Apartment/ Floor number along with Land Mark.

b. Click on Add & Save

a. Select the Test date and time

b. Click on Submit.

You will receive the above confirmation message as the booking Confirmation and the Hindusthan Wellness Tea will Get back to you.
