How to book an appointment for home collection in Hod Karkardooma - House of Diagnostics (with Pictures)

Navigate to: "https://www.houseofdiagnostics.com/locate-us/east-delhi/karkardooma/"

Click on the button labelled "Find a Test"

Search the test name in the given box and click on the test name to add it to the cart.

Ensure the Home collection button is active under Location

a. Enter the "Preferred Date"

b. Click on the button labelled "Book Test"

Once all the preferred Tests are selected click on the button labelled "Proceed to checkout"

a. Enter Patient name, Age, Gender

b. Enter Contact details like Mobile number, e mail ID,Complete Address in the given boxes

Check the check box that ensures Terms and Conditions.

Click on the button labelled "Place Order"

a. You can see the Thank you note and complete the payment by clicking on "Pay now" button.

b. Once the Payment is completed you will receive Order Confirmation Message on your Mobile number.
