How to book an appointment for home collection in Janta X Ray Clinic (P) Ltd. - MRI Centre(with Pictures)
Navigate to: "https://www.jantaxray.in/"
a. Scroll down the page a bit
b.Click on the button labelled Book now
Click on the button labelled "Register"
a. Enter the Patient name, Email Id, State, City, Mobile Number
b. Enter and Confirm the Password.
a. Enter the OTP received on the mobile number given
b. Click on Verify OTP
a. You can see above successful message
b. Click on Login now and Login using your Credentials (Email, Password)
a. Select the Test by name in the search box.
b. Click on Add to Cart option mentioned below the test
once all the tests are added to cart click on "Proceed to checkout"
a. Enter/ Confirm the Billing details like Name, Mobile number, email Id, Age , Gender, Address
b. Choose the test date and Time slot
Click on the Home collection option from the drop down under Select Sample Collection Type
Click on the button labelled "Continue"
Click on "Confirm For Payment"
You can see above Confirmation message and the Janta X ray Team will send you a confirmation SMS.
