3. Click on BOOK NOW

2. Enter the Test name
3. Select the Appointment Date
4. Select the Appointment Time
5. Enter the Contact Number
6. Enter the Email Id
7. Select the Service ( Home Visit)
8. Enter your Address
9. Click on the button labelled "BOOK NOW"
