How to book an appointment for home collection in Pathkind Labs (with Pictures)

Navigate to https://www.pathkindlabs.com/

1. Enter your Name

2. Enter your Mobile Number

3. Enter your City

1. Enter the OTP which has been sent to your registered mobile number

2. Click on the button labelled "Submit"

Search for the test using the search box

Click on the button labelled "Buy Now"

Click on the button labelled "Add Patient"

1. Enter your Date of Birth

2. Enter your Email ID

3. Select the Gender

4. Click on the button labelled "Done"

Select the Patient from the list

1. Enter Your Billing Address

2. Click on the button labelled "Next"

1. Select "Yes" for Home Collection

2. Select "Same as Billing Address" for Home Collection

3. Click on the button labelled "Next"

1. Select the Appointment Date

2. Select the Appointment Time

3. Click on the button labelled "Next"

1. Select the payment mode as "Cash at home"

2. Click on the button labelled "Proceed to Book test"
