How to book an appointment for home collection in SRL Diagnostics (with Pictures)

Navigate to https://www.srlworld.com/

Click on the button to select the city

Click on the button labelled "Register"

1. Select the Salutation

2. Enter your First name & Last Name

3. Enter your Email Id

4. Enter your Mobile Number

5. Enter your Date of Birth

6. Enter your Age

7. Select Gender

8. Enter your Address with a Landmark

9. Select the State

10. Select the City

11. Enter your area pin code

12. Click on the Next

1. Click on the edit option if you want to change the given details

2. Click on the button labelled "Confirm"

1. Enter the OTP which has been sent to your given mobile number

2. Click on the button labelled "Verify OTP"

1. You can view this confirmation page

2. Click on the button labelled "OK"

Click on the button labelled "Login with User Id and Password"

1. Enter your User Id and Password

2. Your User Id and Password has been sent to registered mobile number and email

3. Click on the button labelled "Login"

Search for the test using the search box

Click on the button labelled "Add to cart"

Click on the button labelled "Proceed to Checkout"

1. Click on "Add Family Members" if you want to book an appointment for your family members

2. Click on "Someone Else" if you want to book an appointment for someone else

3. Click on the button labelled "Proceed"

1. Click on the Check box to get your reports and updates on Whats App

2. Click on the button labelled "Checkout"

1. Select appointment Date and Time

2. Select the "Home Visit" option at Sample Collection

3. Select Options to Pay

4. Click on the button labelled "Pay Now"

You will see the above confirmation page and the SRL Diagnostics team will get back to you
