1. Open Tenet Diagnostics Website

Navigate to https://www.tenetdiagnostics.in/

2. Click on Login/Sign up

Click on the button labelled "Login/Sign up"

3. Click on Generate OTP

1. Enter your Mobile number

2. Click on "Generate OTP"

4. Click on Submit OTP

1. Enter the OTP which has been sent to your registered mobile number

2. Click on the button labelled "Submit OTP"

5. Fill the PROFILE INFO Form

1. Select the Title

2. Enter your First name & Last name

3. Select the Gender

4. Enter your Date Of Birth

5. Enter your Email Id

6. Click on the button labelled "Update Details"

6. Click on Tests

Click on the button labelled "Tests"

7. Enter your test in the Search box

Search for the test using the search box

8. Click on ADD TO CART

Click on the button labelled "ADD TO CART"

9. Click on CHECKOUT

1. Hover your mouse over the option "Cart"

2. Click on the button labelled "CHECKOUT"

10. Click on Add New Address

1. Select the Appointment Date & Time

2. Select the Order Type (Home Collection)

3. Click on the button labelled "Add New Address"

11. Fill the Add New Address Form

1. Enter your Door no and Street Name

2. Select the City

3. Select the Area

4. Click on the button labelled "Save"

12. Click on Proceed To Pay

1. Select the Payment mode (Cash)

2. Click on the button labelled "Proceed To Pay"

13. Appointment Confirmation

You will see the above confirmation page and the Tenet Diagnostics team will get back to you
