5. Click on Add to Cart

6. Cart Confirmation
a. You can see the above Confirmation Message
b. Click on OK
7. Enter the Details
a. Enter the patient Details Like Full Name, Email Id, Gender, Phone Number, Date Of Birth, Address
b. Select the Test Date and Timing
c. Click on Finish Booking
8. Appointment Confirmation
You can see the above Confirmation message and the Unipath Team will get back to you.
