2. Enter the Details to Make an Appointment
a. Scroll down the page a bit to see Make an Appointment
b. Enter the Patient Details like Name, Mobile Number, Email Id, City
c. Choose the Profile from the drop down and Select the date of test.
d. Click on the arrow button on the right hand side to Submit the details.
3. Appointment Confirmation
a. Contact the number provided
b. Provide the patient details and test details to the operator to schedule an Appointment
