2. Click on VIEW HEALTH RECORD

Click on the button labeled "VIEW HEALTH RECORD"

3. Click on Sign up

4. Enter Mobile number

1. Enter your Mobile number (as registered at Apollo hospital)

2. Click on the button labeled "Next"

3. You will be sent an Sms & Email with the activation code

5. Enter Activation Code

1. Enter activation code received through Sms & Email

2. Click on the button labelled "Next"

6. Fill out the Registration Form

1. Enter your Username

2. Enter your Email Id

3. Enter your Password

4. Re-Enter your Password

5. Click on the button labeled "Create"

1. Once your form is complete, your account is activated and you are ready to start using Apollo 24/7 Personal Health Record.

2. Wait for the next page to load and it will redirect you to the dashboard

8. Click on Health Record

Click on the button labeled "Health Record"

9. Click on the Date

Click on the arrow (Date) to view the list of tests

10. Select the Test

Select a test to view its reports

11. View your report

For the selected test, you can see the report on the same page

12. Click on Print

1. Click on the "Print" symbol" to view the download option

2. Wait for the next page to load

13. Click the download button

Click the second button situated on the top right of the download bar. This will save the report to your device.
