2. Click on Your Test Report

Click on the button labelled "Your Test Report"

3. Select Group Name as Patient

Click on the Group Name and select patient

4. Enter your Login Id and Password

1. Enter your Login Id and Password on the page

2. Enter your Login Id and Password as printed on the payment receipt

5. Click on Login

2. After login select your test and download the report
