Navigate to http://www.azadiagnostics.com/
2. Click on ONLINE RESULT
Click on the button labelled "ONLINE RESULT"
3. Select "Login as" Patient
Click on the "Login As" and select patient
4. Enter your User ID and Password
1. Enter the User ID and Password on the page
2. Your User ID and Password will be on your payment receipt
5. Click on Sign In
1. Click on the button labelled "Sign In"
2. You can view the list of test reports
3. Select the test and download the report
