2. Scroll down to view Get Reports Online option

Scroll down on the main page to view Get Reports Online option

3. Enter your SID number

1. Enter your SID number on the page

2. SID number will be provided in your bill

4. Enter your Password

1. Ente your Password on the page

2. Password is your DOB (Date Of Birth)

5. Click on SUBMIT

1. Click on the button labelled "Submit"

2. You can view the list of test reports

3. Select the test and download the report
