1. Open ChanRe Diagnostic Laboratory Website
Navigate to https://www.chanrediagnostic.com/
2. Click here for Lab Results
Click on the button labelled "click here For Lab Results"
3. Enter your User Name and Password
1. Enter Registration Number printed in the Bill as User Name
2. Enter Web Password printed in the Bill as Password
3. For Corporates: Please use Login ID and Password provided by ChanRe Diagnostic Laboratory to access the reports
4. Click on Login
1. Click on the button labelled "Login"
2. After login select your test and download the report
