How to download reports from City Imaging and Clinical Labs (with Pictures)

Navigate to https://www.cityimaging.in/

2. Click on ONLINE REPORT

Click on the button labelled "ONLINE REPORT"

3. Select "User Login Area" as Patient

Click on the "User Login Area" and select Patient

4. Enter your UHID and Password

1. Enter the UHID and Password on the page

2. Your UHID and Password will be on your payment receipt

5. Click on Login Button

1. Click on the button "Login"

2. After login select your test and download the report

Go to City Imaging And Clinical Labs
