1. Open CRL Diagnostics Website
Navigate to http://crldiagnostics.com/
2. Click on PATIENT REPORTS
Click on the button labelled "PATIENT REPORTS"
3. Select Group Name as Patient
Click on the Group Name and select patient
4. Enter your Username and Password
1. Enter your Username and Password on the page
2. Enter your Username as Barcode as printed on the payment receipt
3. Enter your Password as printed on the payment receipt
5. Click on LOGIN
1. Click on the button labelled "LOGIN"
2. You can view the list of test reports
3. Select the test and download the report
