1. Open Dhruv Diagnostic website

Navigate to https://www.dhruvlab.com/

2. Click on Download Report

Scroll down the page and click on "Download Report"

3. Enter ID and Password

1. Enter the Patient Id and Password

2. Your Patient Id and Password will be on your payment receipt

3. Select the type of Document (With or without Attachment) from the Print Type drop-down

4. Click on Ok

2. You can view the list of test reports

3. Select the test and download the report
