Navigate to http://www.idcentres.com/

2. Hover over the Login

3. Click on Patient Login

4. Enter your WAC

1. Enter your WAC number on the page

2. Your WAC number will be on your payment receipt

5. Click on Login

2. After login select your test and download the report
