1. Open Medivision Diagnostics Website
Navigate to https://www.medivision.in/
2. Click on Online Test Reports
Click on the button labelled "Online Test Reports"
3. Click on Link 1
Click on the button labelled "Link 1"
4. Enter your User Name and Password
1. Enter the User Name and Password on the page
2. Your User Name and Password will be on your payment receipt
5. Select "Login as" Patient
Click on the "Login As" and select patient
6. Click on Login
1. Click on the button labelled "Login"
2. You can view the list of test reports
3. Select the test and download the report
