2. Click on DOWNLOAD REPORT

Click on the button labelled "DOWNLOAD REPORT"

3. Enter your User ID and Password

1. Enter the User ID and Password on the page

2. Your User ID and Password will be on your payment receipt

4. Click on the Download Report button

2. You can view the list of test reports
