1. Open Precision Diagnostic Centre website
Navigate to: "http://www.precisionpathlab.com/"
2. Click on ONLINE REPORT
Click on the button labelled "ONLINE REPORT"
3. Enter Username and Password
a. Select the Group name as Patient from the drop down
b. Enter User Name and Password as printed on the Payment Receipt
c. Click on the button labelled Login
d. You can view the list of test reports
e. Select the test and download the report
