Navigate to http://www.sathyadc.in/
2. Click on ONLINE REPORTING
1. Hover your mouse over the button "MORE" to see the options
2. Click on the button labelled "ONLINE REPORTING"
3. Enter your User ID and Password
1. Enter the User ID and Password on the page
2. Your User ID and Password will be on your payment receipt
4. Select Login Type
Click on the "Login Type" and select "Patient"
5. Click on Login
1. Click on the button labelled "Login"
2. After login select your test and download the report
