2. Hover on Patient Report Download

Hover your mouse over the Patient Report Download button to view the labs

3. Select the Lab

1. You can view the list of Labs

2. Select the Lab from the list and click on it

4. Enter your Patient Id and Password

1. Enter your Patient Id and Password on the page

2. Patient Id and Password will be on your Payment receipt

5. Click on Print Report

1. Click on the button labelled "Print Report"

2. You can view the list of test reports

3. Select the test and download the report
