2. Hover over the Reports

3. Click on Patient Login
Click on the button "Patient Login"
4. Click on "CLICK HERE FOR LAB REPORTS- PATIENTS PORTAL"
a. Scroll down the page a bit.
b. Click on the button "CLICK HERE FOR LAB REPORTS- PATIENTS PORTAL".
5. Enter your WAC
a. Enter your WAC number on the page
b. Your WAC number will be on your payment receipt
6. Click on Login
a. Click on the button labelled "Login"
b. You can view the list of test reports
c. Select the test and download the report
