1. Open SL Diagnostics Website

Navigate to http://sldiagnostics.com/

2. Hover on Online Services to see the Options

Hover your mouse over the "Online Services" to see the Options

3. Click on Online Reports

Click on the button labelled "Online Reports"

4. Enter your SID No and Online Wac

1. Enter the SID No and Online Wac on the page

2. Your SID No and Online Wac will be on your payment receipt

5. Select Branch

Click on "Select Branch" to select the branch from the list

6. Click on Login

1. Click on the button labelled "Login"

2. After login select your test and download the report
