Click on the button labelled "MY REPORT"
3. Click on Patient Login
Click on the button labelled "Patient Login"
4. Enter your Email Address
1. Enter your registered "Email Address" on the page
2. Click on the button labelled "Submit"
3. A verification code will be sent to your Email Id
4. You can create a password once you receive the verification code
5. Enter your Username and Password
1. Enter your Username and Password on the page
2. Username will be provided by Spectrum Healthcare
3. Enter the Password which has been created by you
6. Click on LOGIN
1. Click on the button labelled "LOGIN"
2. You can view the list of test reports
3. Select the test and download the report
