Navigate to http://www.srsdiagnostics.in/

2. Click on DOWNLOAD REPORTS

Click on the button labelled "Download Reports"

3. Enter your Mobile Number and Password

1. Enter your registered Mobile Number and Password on the page

2. Your registered Mobile Number and Password will be on your payment receipt

4. Click on SIGN IN

3. Select the test and download the report
