Navigate to https://tridentdiagnostics.com/
2. Click on Get your Reports
Click on the button labelled "Get your Reports"
3. Select your preferred way to Login
1. Reports are accessible only if your phone number or email was shared at the time of billing
2. Click on the button labelled "Phone"
4. Enter your Phone Number
1. Enter your registered Phone Number
2. Click on the Circle button
5. Enter your Verification Code
1. Enter the 6 digit Verification Code
2. You will receive the code on your registered Phone Number
3. Click on the Circle button
6. Click on Download Report
1. You can view the button "Download Report"
2. Click on the button "Download Report" and the report will be saved in your downloads
3. You may only view reports for Pathology tests
