1. Open Air Suvidha Website

Navigate to https://www.newdelhiairport.in/

2. Click on Air Suvidha

Click on the button labelled “Air Suvidha”

3. Click on the Fill Self Declaration Form button

1. Enter your Full Name as per your Passport

2. Enter your Flight number (Arriving in India) as mentioned on your Ticket

3. Select your Nationality

4. Enter your Passport Number

5. Select your Date of Arrival

6. Select your Country of Departure (Origin)

7. Click on Yes if you are fully vaccinated and select the location of the Final Vaccination dose

8. Click on No if you are not fully vaccinated and Upload your RT-PCR Negative Certificate (Test should be taken within 72 hours of departure. Upload file-type PDF. The maximum upload size is 1MB. Filename with any special characters and space is not permitted. Only hyphens and underscores are permitted.)

9. Select your First Airport of Entry from the list

10. Enter your Final Destination

11. Enter your Final Destination State/Union Territories

12. Enter your Final Destination District/City

13. Enter your Final Destination Pincode

14. Enter your Mobile Number

15. Enter your Email Id

16. Click on the Check box to accept all the Terms & Conditions

17. Click on the button labeled “SUBMIT”

1. You will receive an acknowledgement copy on your Email Id

2. Passenger must carry application printout or soft copy to present at the airport
