Click on the button labelled “Link to pre-book”

3. Enter your Occupation
4. Enter your Date of Birth
5. Enter your Age
6. Select your Gender
7. Select “Self” if your Mobile number belongs to
8. Enter your Aadhaar number
9. Enter your Nationality
10. Select your State
11. Select your District
12. Enter your Address
13. Enter your Pincode
14. Enter your Passport Number
15. Enter your Email ID
16. Select “Yes” if your received Covid Vaccine
17. Select the Type of Vaccine
18. Enter your 1st dose date of Vaccination
19. Enter your 2nd dose date of Vaccination
20. Select your Mode Of Transport
21. Select Arrival to Bangalore Airport
22. Select your Flight Name
23. Enter your Flight Number
24. Enter your Seat Number
25. Select the Test Type as RT PCR
26. Select the Arrival Date
27. Click on the button labelled “ADD PASSENGER”
1. Click on the button labelled “SUBMIT”
2. You will be redirected to the payment page
1. Use the "Pay Online" option to avoid waiting time for the test
2. Once you are done with the payment you will receive a confirmation message to your email Id and mobile number
3. Passengers have the option to reschedule their appointment or cancel the booking
