2. Click on Register / Sign In button

Click on the button labelled "Register / Sign In"

3. Enter your Mobile Number

1. Enter your Mobile Number on the page

2. Click on the button labelled "Get OTP"

4. Click on Verify & Proceed button

1. Enter the 6-digit OTP which has been sent to your mobile number

2. Click on the button labelled "Verify & Proceed"

5. Click on the Register Member button

1. You can register for 4 members with one mobile number

2. Click on the button labelled "Register Member"

6. Fill the Register for Vaccination Form

1. Select the Photo ID Proof from the list

2. Enter the Photo ID Number

3. Enter the Name as mentioned on your Photo ID

4. Select the Gender

5. Enter your year of Birth as mentioned on your Photo ID

6. Click on the button labelled "Register"

7. Registration Confirmation

1. You will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number

2. Dear S, you are successfully registered for the COVID vaccination. Ref. ID: 23713829XXXXXX. Helpline 1075
