1. Open COWIN Website

Navigate to https://www.cowin.gov.in/

2. Click on Register / Sign In button

Click on the button labelled "Register / Sign In"

3. Enter your Mobile Number

1. Enter your Mobile Number on the page

2. Click on the button labelled "Get OTP"

4. Click on Verify & Proceed button

1. Enter the 6-digit OTP which has been sent to your mobile number

2. Click on the button labelled "Verify & Proceed"

5. Click on the Raise an Issue button

6. Click on Correction in my Certificate regarding Name / Age / Gender / Photo ID button

7. Select the Member

1. Select the Member from the list

2. Click on the button labelled "Continue"

8. Click on the Continue button

1. You can request for changes only in any of two fields out of Name, YOB, Gender, and Photo ID Number

2. Enter the Correct Name which you want to update

3. Click on the "Upload File"

4. Upload a Photo ID document as proof of the requested change

5. Click on the button labelled "Continue"

9. Click on the SUBMIT REQUEST button

1. Please verify your details carefully before submitting

2. Click on the button labelled "SUBMIT REQUEST"

10. Request Confirmation

1. You can view this confirmation page on the screen

2. You will receive a confirmation message to your registered mobile as "Dear S, Your request for correction of vaccination digital certificate has been updated successfully. Kindly download from registered account. -CoWIN"
